Two breathing practices that open you to peace, balance, and hope.

Breath work is essential to feeling calm, balanced and at peace. When we know how to engage with breathing techniques that take us out of fight or flight mode and into rest and relax mode, we can accomplish what needs to be done and enjoy ourselves in the process.  Life begins to flow, and we feel more empowered, confident, and self-assured.

Attached is your Breath Work PDF and Audio File.  The PDF gives you background information about breath work and two breathing techniques to support you.  The Audio shares more about breath work and allows you to experience breathing to relax, release, soften and let go.

You can practice these breathing techniques as you go about your day: making your bed, preparing a meal, washing the dishes, taking a shower, waiting in line, driving your car and so on.  And you can find a quiet spot to simply breathe and be.  It’s up to you.

Notice how you feel on a scale of 1 (very stressed) to 10 (very relaxed) before and after you experience these breathing techniques.
