Post Traumatic Stress Disorder is real, but it’s not a prison sentence. There is no magic pill, but there is a way forward. There is light at the end of the tunnel. We are not alone. 


We survived for a reason.  We have something to offer and can make a difference in the world.  We can heal and move forward while honoring what we’ve been through. It is absolutely possible to once again live a life filled with wonder, hope and joy.


PTSD: New Possibilities provides participants with skills, tools and pathways to  create lasting change and heal their lives.  The course is complementary to counseling, therapy and 12-step programs.

  • Turning our Inner Critic into an Inner Coach


PTSD:  New Possibilities is designed to change how we respond to the world.  Instead of simply reacting to life, it helps us choose how we will respond.
