Being your own inner coach, giving yourself a pep talk, and focusing on the positive of WHO you are, WHO you want to be, WHAT you are doing, and WHAT you want to do, is a recipe for success.

What you focus on is what you get more of.  It you focus on everything you don't want to happen, you will get more of that.

Worrying is praying for what you don't want to happen. 

If you are afraid that you are going to lose your job, not get that promotion, not get that client, lose that client, not finish a project on time, lose someone you love . . . if you focus on what you are afraid of, feeling afraid, telling yourself all that could go wrong and worrying what you will do if (or when) it happens . . . HOW is this helping?  

Stuff happens all of the time.  Life can be really challenging.  The truth is . . . you can learn to approach life in a NEW way, one that keeps your sane, optimistic and hopeful no matter what is happening.
